Presuming that they buy the 3G dongle in the UK and use a local carrier, what is the signal like in the UK? Is it fast?
What is the coverage like in rural areas? Because that's mostly where they will be using it if they can't find a hot spot or a land line.
What is the uplink speed like, is it enough to upload photographs or Youtube quality videos?
How expensive is it? I know that everything in the UK is more expensive than the US, but is it like super expensive like gas is over there, or just a little bit more expensive like Pepsi is?
