LG Rumor2. I think, personally, that LG is a better brand than Samsung, when it comes to cell phones. Also, the 1st Rumor was a really good, popular phone (I've never had anyone complain about it). This time around, they've given you a touch screen that's improved. The phone's more durable, as well. I don't have all the specs for a Vice, but it looks and works just like every other Samsung I've ever seen/sold. You'll have 30 days to bring it back if you get one and decide you'd rather have the other, so no worries really.
