This organization had an operation called Project Carthage. This was a very high tech thing. I'd like the name to be something such that it would make sense to call something Project Carthage.
I have done some research on Wikipedia, but I couldn't find a cool name.
Also, maybe there's a Carthiginian god or legend that would be cool to use?
