What is a good cheap smartphone?

Something that can perform all basic smartphone tasks without costing more than $150.
Some phones i'm considering are galaxy note, galaxy ace, htc desire, iphone 4

I will recommend you to go for the Samsung Galaxy ACE, This phone comes with great features such as long battery life, huge touch screen, amazing camera quality with autofocus, simple to use, Good speakers sound, fast internet browsing, Bluetooth, WiFi connection, etc which are much better than the other. It is very cheapest smart phone.
