What is a good excuse to tell the verizon store that i need a new replacement phone?

So my phones all scratched up now, and my phones been shutting on and off quite often, and it will sometimes just turn black. Do you think they would give me a replacement phone? (hopefully at no charge?)

Probably not unless you've A) had it less than thirty days or B) have phone insurance. I've had verizon for ten years. The only time they've helped me out with a replacement phone is when I renew my 2 year contract or cash in on my phone insurance (legitimately). Good luck.

yeah i think so. my sisters phone whited out sometimes so she sent it in and got a new one
for free
