What is a good recipe for a Christmas Filling for a Puff pastry?

I want to make some puff pastries for a family Christmas get together, but I don't know any good recipes for fillings that are holiday appropriate. Help?
I like the idea for Chicken, and I'll use it, but I am really looking more for something sweet.
