What is a good small luxury SUV?

I would like to get a "preowned" SUV that is relatively small (around 180" long) and is comfortable for 4 people and isn't too bad re gas mileage. I don't care about having a lot of storage space. I'd rather have the back seat be comfortable for passengers. I liked the Infiniti FX but it is larger than I'd like and the EX is too small in the back seat. Suggestions?
 
You might look at the Lexus RX hybrid. It's about that size and gets around 30 mpg.

If you don't need the hybrid, the regular RX350 is the same size and gets around 21 mpg.
