what is a healthy food to eat when you are hungry?

celery, you burn more calories digesting it than whats in it. (celery is actually negative calories).
cucumber is also good to eat because it's mostly water so it's very few in calories.
 
For Snacks: Fruits, Vegetables, Assorted Nuts (unsalted), Nutrigrain Bars

Meals: Fish, Steak, Grilled Chicken, Pastas, Beans, Soups That Are Low In Sodium.


Avoid Fried Foods.
