what is a meet and greet, when it pertains to a potential job?

i applied for a job and the director called me and said that they looked over my resume and wanted 2 schedule a meet and greet with me, what is this, is it like an interview?

pretty much. It might turn out to be an informal interview, where you just meet several of the staff members, but make sure to act/ and dress totally professionally at all times. If they suggest this meet and greet take place at a restaurant for example,

YOU DO NOT ORDER ALCOHOL. PERIOD.

The food you order should be something that will not get stuck in your teeth, or leave face or hands covered with gooey sauce...like wings. A moderately priced entre is the best bet.
