I need a thesis topic that is new and relevant to the Philippines. I am interested in topics concerning international law (any branch of this law which has hardly been touched on), torts, and the Bill of Rights (our bill of rights is practically the same as Americas)

This might not fit your needs -- but it's definitely new and is going to be an issue within 10 years: space law.
Currently, international agreements define space as anything beyond an altitude o f100 km -- and as international territory. But there's almost nothing else in place (legally) because there has never been a need. That is about to change In the US and at least 4 other countries, there are active commercial space startup industries. f the timetables I've seen are even close, by the early 2020s we will see commercial manned spaceflight, orbital hotels and some zero-g manufacturing.

Here's a couple of questions that are bound to come up early on: who has jurisdiction regarding civil/criminal cases? How do we handle liability disputes? Who has regulatory authority, and to what extent?

Don't know if that helps you -- but this is something the legal profession is going to be addressing well within your professional career.
