What is a website I can use to get free ringtones that wont spam me?

I heard of a few, but I dont want them to end up charging me, or keep sending me texts/calling me. at all.

Also, if i did get a "free ringtone"
is there any chance my phone company could charge me?
I have an LG Cosmo and im with verizon.

there is phonezoo.com & thumbplay.com --->> Although im not sure if thumbplay.com is free buht i know phonezoo is.... hope this helpss'!
