...through bringing food in college? Hello! I realized that I have gained weight and I don't like it. I cannot exercise because I am busy doing things in school and other stuff. Now, I am also in a very tight budget and I have to cut down cost. I plan to bring my own food in college. For the past 2 weeks, I have been bringing myself pasta varieties like pesto, seafood marinara and carbonara. When I checked on my expense diary, it turns out that I have spent more than what I used to spend. I do not like sandwiches because I am not good in making them and they don't make me as full. So what should I do? Any alternative diets? I am doing my best to avoid fastfood and cafeteria food right now so yeah. I'm a health buff for most of the time. Budget + losing weight! Thanks.
