i got those pre boiled wheat grains. everything is written in french on the box and i dont know what to do with them actually lol!

saute some ginger ,garlic,onions n tomatoes ....mix in the wheat grains ...season wid salt ,freshly ground pepper n some lemon juice....sure u'll enjoy...
