i want to get a bird that will be very
affectionate,
will cuddle,
easy to train{if i get any of the two birds both will be young so age is not a factor.},
will love to be with me,
will not cause damage if i get bitten,
is smarter.
does not screech or scream or make very loud disruptive noises.{also i do understand that both birds can be loud but i do not want a bird that will constantly be loud and annoying.
i am sorry for so much questions but please answer all my questions when you answer and please do not give me a one word answer like budgie. or lovebird.
thank you thank you thank you so much.

If you can find a bird breeder, that would be a good place to start.

I used to breed small birds and while hand fed love birds are very sweet and cuddly, they can be feisty, territorial (their cage) and nippy as adults. You never know what you're going to get with a love bird! but, even though they can be cantankerous, they are still cute and love attention.

Budgies are sweet, but if not handled a lot when they are being reared, they will tend to bite, as well... If you can get a newly weaned budgie, you should have good luck.

You can also find information about keeping these birds as pets by doing a yahoo search. lots of good information out there, including dietary tips.
