Greet?Proper term for programs? What would I call it in my programs.
 
Receiving line is the traditional way of seeing and thanking each guest on the way out of the ceremony.
 
It is usually referred to as a receiving line or receiving your guests. At least when I got married!
 
You do not need to put that in the program. If you are greeting all your guests as they exit the ceremony site it is called a receiving line. Otherwise you need to go to each table at your reception and greet all of your guests but there is no specific term for this.
