what is motoblur ? what are advantages?

What is motoblur?..can we install motoblur in Version of motorola that don`t have ...like Motorola milestone European versions have motoblur and asian market versions don`t have moto blur..in this case can we install it or remove it if already have....Also is there nay advantage of using motoblur..?
 
Motoblur is a bad, laggy and often unresponsive UI skin Motorola uses to make the Android experience less enjoyable than it would be if you were just using stock Android.
