so my bff had a one night stand with this guy. she keeps saying it was scary and stuff but idk what she's complaining about. it wasn't like it was rape.

That sounds like rape to me! Even if she didn't think to consider it that it's so like borderline rape that it probably traumatized her...

Umm...that is pretty close to rape especially if he wouldn't let her leave. Holding someone against their will is illegal.
