What is simplest method to transfer games from Android to Android?

I am thinking about getting a Note 2 or S4 and I want to transfer my games from my S3 to the new phone. What is the easiest method to do this? I want the saved game files, not just the game itself because I know I can redownload the game from the GooglePlay Market
 
Use the MyBackup Pro app. It'll cost $5 but that's probably worth it (the free version only backs up, it won't restore).
