What is something fun for two teenagers to do in Las Vegas?

Me and my friend are going to Las Vegas with my parents and we are both 17. We are looking for some fun things to to that involve partying or clubbing type scenes but can't find much obviously since we are under 21. Does anyone know anything fun for us to do? Even if it is not clubbing lol
 
There are many places and activities you can do there like visit Red Rock Canyon, Mount Charleston or the Valley of Fire for hiking, Lake Mead, the Grand Canyon or the Colorado River for adventure, Race car driver at Pole Position Raceway or the Las Vegas Mini Gran Prix and Freemont Street for incredible light show.
