What is T-Mobile's customer service like?

They are going to save me money if I leave Sprint, but the reason I'm leaving is because Sprint has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.

Is T-Mobile going to make me crazy?

I'm so tired of having to explain my plan to the person who sold it to me.
 
i have t mobile for the past 2 years i love it even though they said i went over my minutes last months (which i truely doubt but its the first time theyve dont it so...) but yeah i love their customer service not once have i had a problem with them there coverage in my area is great check it out in yours.
i had sprint myself too and i didnt just hate the service but also teh reception adn ppl at their stores. bad bad bad
 
If you enjoy a million dropped calls T-Moble sounds good, But if you actually like good service and helpful staff stay with sprint!!!
