What is that horror movie where people get taken over and have really high

pitched screams? People are taken over by an alien maybe or something and they have REALL HIGH PITCHED SCREAMS. In the end, these few people try to escape in a helicopter but this kid is infected or whatever and has to be thrown out. Then they go and blow up places with the helicopter i think.
