What is the algorithm for bullet prediction?

I want to know where to shoot a projectile that has a limited speed at a moving target. I need to be able to take into account the target's speed, target's direction, distance to target, and the speed of the projectile. I want to know where to aim the projectile so that the projectile and the intended target collide.
