what is the best bluetooth for a razor and a palm treo 750?

razor is from sprint and palm treo 750 is from at&t. Which bluetooth will work best for each phone?....I am mainly looking for a small bluetooth, like the Miniblue....
Does the miniblue actually work, ex. can the other person hear you ok, does it stay in place.
