What is the best gadget i can buy for 200 to 250 dollars or any price below that?

Hi guys i wanted to get something for christmas but im just too scrambled up to decide i have about 250 dollars to spend ive thought about all the following things rock band 3 by the way im 13 super tech guy upgrade on my pc on the cpu itouch maybe umm... something else i dont know you guys tell me what would be super awesome for a 13 year old super tech person thanks
 
iPod Touch. The new one with a built-in microphone. Recommended only if you have Wi-fi access
 
have you considered an internet archos 5 internet tablet? its pocket sized and easy to use. i love mine. thought im not so sure how much it costs because i got mine as a gift.
