What is the best info board on the internet for Animal Crossing: City Folk?

Is there a message board that is the best and highly trafficked where I can find hints, friends and general information regarding this game. I keep finding lots of friend codes but, I have yet to find someone's gates open or people looking to play when I am available to play. Please help me out. This is getting irritating and kinda boring.
