What is the best rated bluetooth for the price & quality?

I am looking to purchase a bluetooth between $20-45. I am hearing different viewpoints on which is the best brand/model for the quality and price. Can anyone help me? I am thinking about buying a Jabra BT-8040 or a Aliph Jawbone Bluetooth Headset but, I heard they can be very uncomfortable - what do you suggest? What is HOT and what's NOT?

Motorola for the price range and not any specific headset. Lg also makes some pretty great headsets. Blue ant makes some good models of headsets for cheap. Aliph is also an option for the price but hot or not you have to spend more
