What is the best Smart phone/pda on the market?

My treo 700wx desperately needs a replacement. Preferably one with a bit more processing power (312 mhz for the treo) and a bigger screen (about 2" for the treo). Any suggestions?
Oh, and it MUST have a full or QWERTY keyboard, as well as be touch screen
 
iPhone, Eternity, Instinct (Sprint), Voyager (Verizon Wireless), AT&T Quickfire.
 
I think the n97 nokia phone is the best smart phone. Although you will have to wait a month and a bit for it to be releasedd onto the market. It has a big screen although you may not prefer touch screens.
