...subtitle files as-well? I have used dvdsanta but it keeps crashing just before completion of the convertion.
 
convertxtodvd will do the job I've been using it for a couple of years with no problem's. Unfortunately it's not freeware but you can find it on www.thepiratebay.com it will come complete with a patch save you forking out the cash, but that's illegal. Have to say that or i might get reported.
