What is the best speaker for music outdoors?

I want a CHEAP speaker with high subwoofer for this summer/spring outback by the pool, good for dubstep/hip hop/ect with great bass. It doesn't necessarily have to be an outdoor speaker, it CAN be brought inside but incase it starts to rain when it's out there or is splashed by the pool, a waterproof would probably be better if it sounds just as good.
