When the snow started melting I walked through a puddle where they had been doing pothole repairs and my brand new, very expensive snow boots are completely covered from top to bottom in tar. I've tried scrubbing them with this heavy duty stain remover, and now I have them soaking in a tub of hot soapy (laundry detergent) water but that doesn't seem to be working either. Any suggestions? Their made of the same kind of material as Ugg boots if the type of fabric matters. Thank you for your help!
