What is the difference between brands of GRMS radios?

I see prices from $10 to $100 for a set of two GRMS radios. I see they all operate at the same power so I'm wondering what the difference is, if any. I know some have a charging station which brings the price up a little. Any brand recommendations? I happened to See a Motorola SX600 I liked when I first started looking.
