Ok, so I'm 14 now, and I would really like to learn a Martial Arts, and I don't want something too difficult. Physically, I'm not really big or imposing, actually I'm quite small. But I'm quite interested and I was hoping that the Martial Arts I learn dosn't just involve randomly kicking, elbowing, punching etc..., but some techniques. Thanks
Oh, and I also kind of hope that the Martial Arts you suggest is good for self defence and combat, but also fitness and health.
