What is the easiest way to beat Crashman in mega man 2 for regular nintendo?

You obviously have different armor in the game, but I tried throwing bubbles at him and the razors, but it didn't work. Is there an easy way to beat him, because I was able to beat other guys using razor armor and the rotating leaves armor.

In all megaman games, every boss will always have a weakness to another boss's weapon.

Crashman's weakness is the air shooter weapon, gained by beating Air Man.

Best bet? Beat air man first, then lay the smack down with air shooter on Crash Man

Good additional note is that Air Man is weak to the leaf shield armor that you apparently have already.
