I assume Luffy, Zoro, Nami, and Ussop are Japanese because they are from "East Blue".
However Sanji is a Blondie and is from "West Blue". Could this possibly mean that he is white?
Nico Robin is also from "West Blue" I think she is Hispanic because of her tanned skin (I know not all Hispanics are dark skinned) , she is from "West Blue" which could be referring to South America as well as North, the fact that she wears a Texan cowboy hat, and that her eyes are like the eyes of a real oriental, which I have noticed in many Hispanics.
