My two favorite are Vuze and BitTorrent.

BitTorrent is great due to its simplicity, and it is this simplicity that make it fast.

However, Vuze streamlines the process of selecting torrents, as it has an internal search engine to find torrents.

Utorrent works fine for me, but really, the difference is minimal. you should be more concerned about your Internet speed and the number of seeds.
