What is the funniest thing you've heard your kids say while eaves dropping

through their bedroom door? My son was on a mission to stay up all night last night and there was a lot of chatter in his bed. He was saying random things like "New fan. Mote. Dayee ah me," "Mmmm! Licious." and "Lishard? Where are you?" Or "EEE AHH!" like a cowboy.

As annoying as him not going to sleep at a reasonable hour is, it was so silly and cute!


His dad put up a new fan this past weekend and he is in love with the remote btw. Lishard= Lizard if you didn't get that ;)
 
When our oldest son was about 2 we had laid him down for a nap in his crib. It had been awhile since he had fallen asleep so I went to check on him and before I opened the door I heard him talking to himself. I heard "Bert and Ernieeee", "I jump, I jump" (followed by the sounds of a springy mattress), and "That was a good nap"....lol :)

When I finally went in he stood up and told me, "Mom, Bert and Ernie are silly." I would love to be in the mind of a 2 year old some days lol...
