What will be the future of ultrasound baby scan?

Now there you can see your baby in 3D/4D before it is born

Will technology get better?

In 10 years?
In 20 Years?


At the moment not all hospitals provide 3D/4D, in 10 years will there be one in every hospital room?
 
well hopefully every docs office and hospital will have the 4d ultrasound machines, then who knows maybe they'll come up with a 6D lol
 
I hope not. (In answer to your last question -- certainly technology in all areas of life will get better.)

Insurance premiums are already inceasing exponentially WITHOUT adding more and more unncessary tests and equipment to everyone's medical bills. What would be the possible use for an ultrasound machine in every hospital room?
