...Philippines? What is the most fuel efficient (below 3.8 liter engine, diesel, below V8), large sized (at least 7 seater with compartment large enough for 2 wheelchairs), and cheap (below PHP 2,000,000) and durable (will last until 20 years old). Not above 3 years old.

ooh...do they have ford excursions in the philipines? i don't think its got below a 3.8 liter, but it seats, like 8...will hold wheelchairs behind back seats...but, its cool...
