What is the mother company for the Swiss Bikes?

The type of bike I'm talking about is usually in a Dunhams sports store. Its not on their website, its like Dicks sporting goods, they sell diamondbacks but their websites don't. Here's the swiss bike I'm getting tuesday.

If anyone knows the mother company please send me the link to their website, I can't find it anywhere. I know its not BMC Swiss bikes or swiss.bikes.com. Thanks for anyone who can help.
