with hat n cape..? this cartoon used to come on tv in 90's. this had a robot which could transform into a robot from a truck/vehicle and it was blue in color with red cape n a hat. the drivers/pilots had some kinda suit and the weapon(gun) they had were having some kind of strength controller in their handles. i don't remember on which channel did it come.. but i guess it was on fox kids or cartoon network(power zone/x zone).. plz tell me name of the cartoon...
