...because they are from the future? I read one book when I was younger and fell madly in love. but I cannot find any more because I can't remember the name. I think the gist of it went there were a few kids who either had powers or could travel through time because their parents had a breakthrough in the future and sent them back in time to save their kids. There are these things after them that travel around in ufo-like aircrafts. Also, I keep thinking that the name of the series has time warp in it but i'm not sure.
