What is the name of these two movies???? PLease help me becuase I am not so sure

and I want to rent it on dvd.? The first movie is about this lady ( i think) and so anyways dolls are her children and she haves tons of them girls and boys but there is this particular one that haunts the lady in the movie im not so sure what the name of it is so that is why i am asking and depending on the Y!A users to help me!!

The second movie is about this man who murders people and the naem of the street the murderer kills the person on is after a flower for example rose street or daffadil street. do u know the name of this movie? plz help me i really wanted to see it
 
I think you might be thinking of Dead Silence for the first one.
