The movie is about a tailor who saves 'the princess' from the bad guy. i remember it being done in basic colors, the main character, the tailor, i think his name was thatch or patch. he always had nails or needles in his mouth like some people put toothpicks in their mouths. It was an animated movie, the main character again was gaunt, i remember him with long strait black hair, and a hat of some type. the color scheme of the animated movie was basic in that there was no real blending of colors with each other. i remember watching this movie as a kid and i think it was released in the 90's or Early 2000's, not sure if it is a disney prod. this has beem bothering me for some time, if anyone has the slightest idea of what im talking about please let me know. thanks.
