What is the next Future evolution step for Homo Sapiens for another 30 million years?

I want to know how humans will look like will we still walk on two legs? Will are bodies become shorter or taller? Will we able to live longer for 200 years longer? will are brains look like the size of a bowling ball? is this possible to see how humans look far different than before, what will we look like?
 
only brains will be left that too in the virtual world i mean in the world of wired logic..
the bodies will disappear and carbon will be replaced by silicon.. :)
