What is the piano track on Buffy The Vampire Slayer Season 7 DVD menu?

When you're in the menu for an episode, you can select language//audio settings, and it takes you to a second menu for subtitles and language. Playing in the background is a short piano track with strings (sounds like it could possibly be a love theme?), and I can't find out what it is. I would love to know what it is, and possibly find out where I can buy//download it?

I've just stuck the disc in the machine and had a listen
I am pretty certain its a little incidental piece that most likely appeared at some point in one of the season 7 episodes.
I'm imagine it was written probably by Robert Duncan who did most of the score for season 7.
 
Hey i have been trying to find this song to. i know that it is the piece of music played at the beginning of the final episode when buffy and angel say goodbye! but still no idea what it is.. did u ever find out???
