other employees? I just want to know what the law is for privacy. I know a manager that continues to talk bad and complain about her employees to other fellow employees.
 
Opinions can be expressed, problems discussed.

What is "private" and can't be discussed is your social security number and your residential address.

I don't think any business could function if talking about people were illegal.
 
what makes you think that there is such a privacy law?

there is nothing stopping someone from complaining about another person, free speech protects them.
