In my experience with Tmobile, totally depends on how long you've been under contract, payment history, and which representative you get. Some reps are more lenient than others. I called 1 day and they said 50 dollars, then called another and said 100 dollars. Finally paid the 50 and switched to AT&T and I am SO glad I did.
