I'm doing a book report on the second book of The Hunger Games: Catching Fire. I'm really bad at analyzing books, so I was just wondering if you guys could help me and point out the theme(s) of the book?
I guess its main themes revolve around the social control that the Capitol have over the Districts, and how they exert their political power through through making the death of District people entertainment. Another theme (SPOILER ALERT if you haven't finished the book) is social rebellion, as at the end the Districts come together to wage war on the Capitol. Hope that helped a little.
