What is the title of this movie about the internet (see description)?

I'm looking for the title of a movie about the internet. The basic plot, and what other details I can remember, is that it's the story of a guy who owns a webcam online community site...there's something about how one of the girls who works on the site ends up going on a date with him but ditches him for his friend who has a girlfriend...and at one point a girl online overdoses and the owner and some of his friends help rescue her...

I know this is REALLY obscure and strange, but I just can't remember the title - I believe it came out circa 2000 to maybe 2003 or 2004. I believe online may have been in the title?
