well my friend just broke up with her gf from california (he lives in texas) and he sent her a pic of a girls part (blurred) saying that he cheated on her with that girl,he wouldnt leave her alone...he harrsed her and wouldnt leave her alone...her mom told him to stop or she will call the cops...he stopped texting her for one day the next day he called...they told him that while he called they tracked the #...he is scared the poilce are coiming to his house...is it possible? also if they did come what is the worst that can happen? can they even make a court case of to teens from diffrent states? he also tried to start a rumor on Facebook...he is scared...i love him and want to calm him down....please help?
